Project Manager Training Program

Atlas Excavating, Inc. offers a Project Management Trainee program. The program is designed to teach all aspects of our work during 6 month intervals over a three and a half year duration. The trainee spends time working in the field as a laborer, Estimating, Project Management, Operations, and Shop. The trainee will be evaluated at each interval and advised how to better prepare for the next training level.

Construction Manager Training Program

A four year degree is strongly encouraged to enter the Construction Management Trainee Program. It is designed along the same lines as the Project Manager Training Program. All aspects of our work will be taught in 6 month intervals involving Labor, Estimating, Project Management, Operations and shop. Evaluations will be held at each interval to help the trainee better prepare for the next training level.
