CASEY DILLON

CEO/President

Casey attended Valparaiso University to study Mechanical Engineering and play football.  Upon graduation, he has worked in shop management, estimating, project management and now serves as President and CEO.  He has been working at Atlas for over 32 years.  

 

The best thing about working at Atlas is helping people become their best, finding a raw talent and helping bring their skills to levels they previously didn't think was possible.  He believes that good data is the key to making good decisions.  His love of technology is apparent in everything he does and helps keep Atlas at the forefront of technology in construction.  

 

Casey married Keisha the fall after graduating college, they met in high school and were high school sweethearts.  They have 3 children; Keon graduated from the University of Kentucky and now works at Atlas.  Kiara is attending Purdue University studying Business Management while playing softball, she plans to attend law school upon completion of undergraduate studies.  Cailix is the youngest child and plays high school Football at Harrison.  

 

In Casey’s free time, he enjoys football and spends his fall helping the high school with film and stats as well monitoring the youth football and middle school programs.  For relaxation he enjoys boating with family & friends.  Casey is an amateur mixologist and enjoys making fancy drinks for guests at his home bar

NICK
DILLON

Chief Operating Officer

Nick has been working at Atlas for over 30 years and is responsible for planning, organizing and evaluating all of our projects, crew productivity and quality control according to the schedules and project specifications.  

 

Nick is married to Michelle Dillon whom has her own environmental consulting company.  They have two children, Sebastian, currently in school studying for Chiropractic School and Ryder, a highschooler who is a competitor in wake boarding for the USA team.

 

In Nick’s free time, he enjoys barefooting, water & snow skiing and hiking- anything adventurous.

TOM
DUNK

Vice President, Estimating

Tom joined Atlas in May of 2016 and serves as the VP of Estimating.  He has worked in the construction industry as an Estimator for over 24 years.  Tom’s favorite part of working at Atlas is the family-oriented atmosphere with great, dedicated people that respect each other and take pride in their work. 

 

Tom and his wife keep busy with their 2 children and 3 grandchildren.   Outside of work, Tom has a passion for coaching kids and has been a middle school football coach for 16 years.  Also, coached travel baseball for several years.

DEANNA
WOJNAR

Vice President, Controller

Deanna joined Atlas in October of 2020 and serves as our company Controller.  She graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a BS in Accounting.  She has worked in construction accounting since 1989.

 

Working at Atlas Deanna really enjoys all the people she works with as well as the family atmosphere.  Everyone at Atlas genuinely cares about Atlas and their coworkers.  In her free time, Deanna and her husband, Bob, enjoy boating and spending time with family and friends at the lake.

STEVE
RICH

Vice President, Operations

Steve joined Atlas in May of 2005 as a Project Manager and now serves as the VP of Operations overseeing all of our Project Managers in Operations.  Steve graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors degree in Building Construction Management.

 

What Steve enjoys most about Atlas is the hard work and dedication that shows throughout the organization. Everyone at Atlas is working toward a common goal and are willing to go above and beyond to help out and achieve those goals. Utility Construction is demanding and challenging. Planning and scheduling for what lies beneath the ground is what sets Atlas apart from the rest of the field.

 

Steve is a local to the Lafayette area. When not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, and being outdoors.

RYAN
GOLDEN

Vice President, Assets

Ryan joined Atlas as a part time summer laborer during High School and became the Equipment Manager in 2000.  He has worked in the construction industry for over 26 years.  Ryan enjoys the new challenge that every day brings & figuring out ways to tackle them.  Ryan enjoys working with his dedicated and knowledgeable co-workers and appreciates the family atmosphere that Atlas brings.

 

When not at work Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and 2 kids, Parker and Kennedy.  He enjoys the outdoors, having cookouts with family and friends and finding reasons to cook outside using his collection of various grills and smokers.  Ryan also enjoys camping & boating with family & friends when he gets a chance.
